This game is all about the match-ups.

RBs: The best back in the country vs the future best back in the country (I hope). Edge OU
QBs: OU QB is the X-factor. Has performed as well as Dixon except 3 INTs. Edge UO
WRs: Oregon's depth is increadible. Edge UO
OL: Oregon's OL should manhandle OU's DL. 5 seniors. Edge UO
TE: Rosario vs a bunch of players I have no clue about. Edge: Even

DL: OU's D-line is very undersized while UO D-lines were pushed around be FSU. Edge: Even
LBs: OU has the best linebacker and linebacker group in the nation. Edge: OU
CB: Both groups are average at best. With Bates out with a broken leg OU should be adequate: Edge: OU
S: Nelson and Chung make a formidable combination. Edge: UO

P: Martinez is as erratic as they come. Edge: OU
PK: Although lacking long kickoffs UO has a very accurate kicker: Edge: Even

This game will boil down to OU's o-line vs UO's d-line and whether or OU's QB Thompson is accurate with his throws. If UO's line can at least be adequate or average with OU's line, then Oregon will win because they won't have to sell out to stop Peterson and will force Thompson to make some plays.
