I certainly don't see the Pac-10 as the best conference before or after what happens in the bowl season. I'd go with the SEC. Every single weekend in the SEC is two great teams matched up against one another. With four teams over the 10 win mark before bowl season..that's pretty much unheard of. I think that the Big10 also may be a contender for the top conference, but in my opionion the SEC has way to much speed for the Big10 to handle..

As far as Pac10 v. BigXII .. I'd say they are pretty even..right now.
