And the fact that UCLA dominated Arizona the whole game compared to oregon's comeback means nothing. UCLA played at home, Oregon played at Arizona, huge difference. And UCLA's national championships and last years final four doesnt necisarily make them a better team, who gives a shit if oregon has never made a final four or never finished high in the ranks in football.
1. I give credit to Oregon, thys far they have taken care of business. What I do critize is A. Posts like this and B. The fact that they should have been donig this the past 3 years.
2. Exactly you sucked vs. Stanford but are trying convince you are the team to beat in the Pac Ten?????
3. The fact UCLA beat them at home does make a big difference but did you watch the two games???
4. UCLA's history and last year's team (and Oregon's History) has everything to do with the "team to beat" label. I have no clue how you can deny it.
5. Based on the past 5 years from any oregon athletic program what is there to show me that Oregon will be the team to beat down the stretch? I can point to numerous UCLA stretchs. And that has everything to do with it

Oregon Fans: Your team is good...if its possible don't get as arrogant as to say your team is the team to beat especially considering your total of 3 quality wins, one vs. a medicore big east team and one vs a reeling benchless team (granted both were on the road which is very encouraging)...also realize that you are the only team in America with 3 mcdonalds all-americans who have started for 3 years (not to mention a stud freshman)...you should be #1. Congrats on the season but remember you are still behind UCLA and will be until at least March
