This is ridiculous for so many reasons. If something like this happens, everybody involved should be suspended for the rest of the year... I wish the police that had to break it up would have busted out their tasers.

you've got to be kidding me....I heard about this but hadn't seen it yet. That commentator was just an idiot - way to condemn that kind of behavior. What was the final penalty(s) that came out of this? How could any official sort this one out!

Several players on both teams were suspended. Honestly, they need to pull some scholarships and kick some of those guys off for good. Swinging helmets, kicking people, etc. what a pathetic display. Larry Coker might be the world's nicest coach, but he will soon be spending the rest of his career on some Florida golf course because he will not be around next year.
