Arizona's offense is going high Tech

Coordinators do more than coordinate. When an established coach hires a new assistant to run his offense or defense, the new guy becomes Mr. Fix It.
Sonny Dykes and his tool belt have moved from Lubbock to Tucson. As Arizona's new offensive coordinator, his job is to jazz up a Wildcats offense that has been dead weight during Mike Stoops' first three seasons as head coach.
'Usually when there's a change in coordinators it's for two reasons,' said Dykes, who was the co-offensive coordinator at Texas Tech the last two seasons. 'The guy was either really successful and moved on or he wasn't successful and a change was made. Read more
