| Man I'm pumped about this. I really, REALLY thought after they beat Arizona, that Koetter was going to be around a couple more years. However, like everybody else is asking... who are they gonna get? I've heard a lot of rumors about Chow, but he's the only one. Any other names mentioned? Note: Dirk Koetter was good at Boise State. No more Boise State Coaches!! lol

| Who's Chow? I don't think they'd want any former Duck's coaches.  Dave McGinnis - former NFL Cards coach? Don't know him either. I didn't know Koetter came from Boise State....interesting. Guess they wouldn't want to have a repeat perfomance... Who do you like out there, brady? (If you could pick from the availables and most likely candidates?)

| Norm Chow the OC from USC. I guess right now he is my tentative pick for the job, but I've heard rumors about his dislike for recruiting.  Other than him I would have liked to have seen Gene Chizik, but he went to ISU today.

| I dont remember who said it, or if they were joking about it.. but I'd love to see Coker take the job! Coker is a great coach, and without all the street thugs at Miami he'd do great. A VERY long stretch but another I'd like to see Love go after is Bo Pellini, the defensive coordnator at LSU -- not gonna happen, but he's gonna make one hell of a head coach someday. As far as the likely choice Norm Chow, I have mixed feelings.

| Oh, and how does that contact extension work? Does ASU have to buy out the rest of his contract or whatever? Can someone explain hoooow that works exactly?

| Yep, ASU has to pay him for the duration of his contract. He never should have gotten the extension last year, but oh well. As far as Coker goes... NO! He might be a good guy, but a great coach he is not. He inherited a loaded team and went progressively downhill from there.
