5 plays away

So Iowa St. is about 5 plays away from an undefeated season but are now sitting at 5-3. They have their star running back healthy now and just put a hurting on Texas A&M. Any predictions on who will get to play Texas in the Big 12 championship?

My local Madison High School JV team can beat anyone from the pillow fight that is the Big 12 North. Texas will destroy a Big 12 North All Star Team. The Horns will simply have it in cruise control the rest of the way. I really would like to see the Hokies win out and bump Texas to #3,

Haha the North is a joke this year..there isn't a team in the North that will hold a candle to Texas. Up and down the list the Big XII overall is terrid this year with the exception of Texas...proabably the worst the Big XII has been since it's creation.

Iowa State is NOT a good team...they just aren't. Stevie Hicks, the running back also from my highschool, is a tremendous player however. If you're saying ISU is 5 plays from being undefeated..then the same could go for Nebraska being abour 3 plays from 7-1.

Looks like right now, if Colorado continues to win they'll be there for a faceoff with Texas...but the North is just sooo inconsistent that who knows. I was listening to the local radio and they were talking about the possiblity of 4 teams in the North having a 5-3 conference record. I don't know whats going to happen..its really anyones game in the North to get a ticket to get slaughtered by Texas. But right now, i'd be on CU making it in..
