California All-American Alysia Johnson won the women's 800-meter run at the North American, Central American and Caribbean (NACAC) Under-23 Championships July 7-9 at Felix Sanchez Olympic Stadium in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. All-American teammate Giliat Ghebray and former Golden Bears All-American Antonette Carter, who joined Johnson on Team USA, registered second-place finishes at the NACAC meet.
