I am primarily a UNLV fan, but the Pac 10 is my favorite conference. I am always rooting for ya'all.
I used to be in the UNLV band so if anyone wants to talk band as well I'm down.

With 3 legit top 25 teams, the pac 10 should get more respect than it does. Cool about the sarigin rating.

it'll be tough in the MWC with San Diego State, New Mexico and Air Force...plus you don't have much size last I checked

I'm a Duck fan, but it's nice to have a Rebel fan here. We used to play UNLV quite a bit back in the good ole days, but we haven't had you guys on our schedule in awhile.

I was never in band, but I took piano for 10 years (not a lot of need for pianists in band . I'm always up on hearing about band music and music in general.

OSU8085: I'm surprised you know so much about the MWC. Yes, winning the conference will be a tall order this year. We have never finished below 4th in the conference in B-Ball. That should continue this year as well. K. Kruger is probably the best guy on the team right now. It reallt helps to have an experienced Pac 10 player on our team. Our loss to UCSB would not have been a loss if he hadin't been injured.

Autzen Powers: It would be cool to get a series going again. We started one up again against Arizona this year. I would really like to see more PAC 10 teams on our schedule. They are always better games and are against schools I am actually interested in.

brady_44: I am actually graduating from UNLV this December although I am kind of an older graduate (they call us non-traditional students). I am a rebel fan from back in the late 80's early 90's.

Last year i got free tickets. It was a fun time although I will admit that parking is HORRIBLE at our stadium and the traffic stinks. It is already sold out so I will have to look for some free tickets again this year.

(BTW I sat in the CAL section)

I think OSU plays UNLV in football in 2010 or 2009....

Thanks, it was a big one for us. We had not beat UNR in three years, it was our first victory against a ranked team since 2000 (Utah) and our first road victory against a ranked team since I think 1991 #1 UNLV vs. #2Arkansas.

If you have not been to Vegas, when you guys play us you should try to make it down here. The parking at the stadium is HORRIBLE, but the town is cool if you make a mini vacation out of it. Just remember that the stadium is not on the UNLV campus. (Cab drivers think it is funny to take people to the campus and drop them off)
