Game Day Rituals

Do you have rituals on game day? Do you wear a certain sweatshirt or game day gear when your team plays? Are you superstitious?

Or...do you know your team kicks butt and that no matter what you wear, or how hard you yell at the TV, your team will get it done.

Hmmm I don't really have any Saturday rituals other than getting up at 7:30 to catch Gameday. I usually watch the preview and have a few beers (yes I am a day drinker) and switch back and forth between the early games.

I do a lot of weird stuff, like chants and noises, and I always get up and stand in front of the tv before big plays, but nothing really crazy. I know I'd like to hear what other people do. Anything really odd?

Outside of wearing the same UO hat, no ritual here. Game Day starts way too early. I always miss it, (unless the Ducks are involved) but I'm usually up in time for the first kickoff at 9AM.

My game day ritual: I wear the same Oregon sweatshirt, drink beer, and make nachos at half-time. I'm also known by friends for saying "feel sick, can't watch" when Oregon goes for a crucial field goal. But nothing too strange.

oh, and brady, that's devotion right there - getting up at 7:30 to watch game day. I'm impressed.

Anyone else?

Well I certainly try to impress Anyway like I said I don't have any crazy rituals or anything but I always make sure to watch sun up to sun down. Twice this season I haven't gone to bed after a long Friday night, and then stayed up all day Saturday and gone out again that night. Let's hope it doesn't happen tonight - lots of football I want to be fully awake for tomorrow.
