National Championship Game-

Alright with USC now essentially out of the picture how do you think it'll go?

Before I get started, let me say I think Michigan will beat Ohio State and Louiville will beat WVU

I think it will be Louisville beating Michigan (No I don't think LVille is better than the Wolverines but I also didn't (don't) think Texas was better than USC)

I think it should be Michigan vs. Auburn and I really don't know who would win, I think I'll take Michigan though

as for the other BCS games, I think it should be....

Rose Bowl: Ohio State vs. Texas....Ohio State wins
Sugar Bowl: BC vs. Florida...Florida wins
Orange Bowl: Lville vs. Boise State...Lville wins (rematch of a few years ago+both undeafeted)
Fiesta Bowl: USC vs. Tennessee...USC wins

although I do think Arkansas could sneak in there (and I expect Notre Dame to be in there)

here are some updated bowl projections-http://www.sportsline.com/collegefootball/bowls/predictions

The winner of the Louisville vs West Virgina game will play the winner of the Michigan vs Ohio State game in the national championship. All four teams have easy schedules and will run the table until they face each other. Well, L'ville and WV play on Thursday and the winner will run the table. IF, If, the BCS must select a one loss team to play an unbeaten, then they would choose Florida. Florida still must play several more tough games though and wouldn't be surprised if they lose again.

I would really hate to see a Big East team in the Championship, but I think it's inevitable. The only team that could make waves would be Rutgers. If Louisville beats W. Virginia, I think there could certainly be a bit of a hangover heading to Jersey. But at this point, I'm thinking W. Virginia and Ohio State.

Another thing that might be interesting (although far-fetched) is if Ohio State and Michigan play a very close game, and then get a rematch in the Championship. They are both so far ahead of everybody in the standings, I think it's an outside possibility.

I can hear the howls in Gainseville and Louisville/Morgantown already.
