Why did the pac-ten decide on adding one more conference game to it's schedule instead of adding an additional out of conference game? There are CONS to this type of behavior. One, instead of beating up on other conferences and improving our record; like all the other conferences are doing; we are playing in conference. This means any pac-ten team that could qualify for a decent bowl game may be eliminated due to loosing another game. Yes, the other pac ten team wins inproving it's chances, but 5 OUT 10 TEAMS BENIFIT, WHILE THE OTHER FIVE TEAMS BLEMISH THERE OVERALL RECORD. IF AN ADDITIONAL NON-CONFERENCE GAME WAS PLAYED, ALL TEN TEAMS COULD BENIFIT BY AN IMPROVED RECORD. All other conferences relize this, which is why they are not stupid to play an additional in-conference game.
Who is on our side? Obviously not the chairman in charge of creating this unfair advantage to his own conference. Can we fire him? Can we overturn his decision? What rights do we have to argue this point to the Pac - Ten committee? Who can I talk to?
