I hadn't seen that before, but I have a really tough time believing that is real. It is a very select few who actually get to vote for the Heisman. It's a nice official looking site but I don't think it's real.

I have a co-worker who is a huge Linfield fan and this is the site that she sent me...with the link to vote attached. It seems, from the discussion, that it's real. But somehow it still seems "fake" to me.

I think this is just to get people on the ballot. So people like Reggie Bush and Maurice Drew are most likely already on the ballot. I think this is for fans who want their lesser known players on the ballot. But I'm just not sure.

Just might be interesting for teams like Stanford, OSU, Oregon, etc, to get their people on the ballot. Not that it probably makes a difference, except for team recognition.

No, this is completely legitimate. It's been around for a few years now. The top 3 vote recievers on the ballot OVERALL amongst everyone who voted gets the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place votes. Soo it counts as one 'fan' ballot. It's completely true, if you don't believe me goto www.heisman.com as you will see it's even list on that site.

Completely true.
