what does this mean?

Miami lost to G.T., who is unranked. And Alabama lost to Auburn.

What happens w/ the BCS now?

as far as oregon getting into the BCS, im pretty sure both of those upsets didnt hurt or help oregons situation, but it does mean oregon will go up in all the rankings

The BCS at large spots are popularity contests. Unfortunatly the losses by Miami and Alabama help, but UO is still looking up at ND and OSU. It is not fare, but UO will get screwed by two teams with two losses.
