GAME ON!!!!!!!!

Ten minutes till kickoff. Getting ready to plant my buttocks in front of the tube. Hope Duckies wear all yellow unis, the glare might hurt OU. Cool, Jackson and Fouts will do the play calling. GO DUCKS!!!!!!

Come on Oregon! If UCLA can beat Oklahoma, then Oregon can.

Looking good Oregon. 7-3. Oklahoma's QB sucks.

Quick Thoughts on the first half:

Hats off to both defenses, lower scoring game than I thought it would be.

Belloti needs to keep Dixon in the rest of the game, he is doing well.

Looks like both Peterson and Bomar got shaken up, not sure how that might effect the game.

Oregon is having success with Whitehead. Ditch the option and continue to rush Whitehead up the gutt until OU stops it.

Short and intermediate passing game for OU clicking. It is what Oregon is currently giving them. Oregon wants to put the game into Bomar's hands. So far that is what is happening.

I want to say one more thing, but I'm not going to say because of the possible jinx factor. Does it matter if I'm thinking it though?

Oregon falls 17-14. Gutsy play by Leaf to get that first down towards the end.

I still will never understand why they played Leaf in the first half when Dixon was hot.......

*crying in my beer*.

tough loss Oregon fans.. I was there rootin right with ya. At one point Brady and I would see faces in the crowd, and we were like "There's Autzen, wait no there's Go-Pac all cheerin away" haha, we knew you weren't there, but it made it kinda funny cause they were like super Oregon fans with duck hats on and beads and face paint and all these shenanigans!

ha, that's cool. I wish I could have been there - sort of. It was a tough game - and wow, how low scoring! It set a Holiday bowl record for lowest points - not to brag or anything

there's always next year, but it would've been nice to have a clean sweep for the pac-10.

Pac-10 is going to go 4-1 in bowl season. SC should blow out Texas.

That was definately a tough loss. Oklahoma is a different team now then they were early in the season, and are much better than their record indicates. Oregon had some bright spots and there is a lot to look forward to. Didn't get the W but 10-2 is still a great season.

Yeah, Oklahoma has gotten better, but the Ducks looked really rusty and just couldn't get it together. If the Ducks couldv'e got some momentum going, they could've had a win. It was such a close game. Ah well. 10-2 is a great season. I'm not complaining - I just feel sorry for the guys on the team. They had such high hopes and overcame so much this season.

And here's to hoping for a 4-1 bowl season for the pac-10! Go USC!

do you mean you're not rooting for SC? I can understand that. They've had a lot of glory for a long time now.

As for myself, I still feel compelled to root for them, since they are part of the pac-10.
