Offense scores points....

Defense wins games. So it rings true tonight.

2 QB's down, Haberly runs in the fumble for the final TD. Some great picks and defensive play tonight to save our team.

My hat is off to the Oregon defense.

Ah damn, I think I'm going to cry in my beer!!!! Clemens = broken ankle surgery scheduled on Sunday. Dennis Dixon = concussion, probably won't even practice until Halloween. Brady Leaf = third string sophomore will start vs CAl. OMFG, it is difficult to imagine a worse scenerio. Fortunatly our D is playing decent. Duckies are going to have to strap it up and move on.

That is a pretty shitty set of events with the quarterback situation. I still don't see a lot of risk for Oregon losing. They have both Cal and OSU at home, and their defense is pretty solid. Anyway sorry about the quarterbacks, but congrats on the win

The Ducks have a bye, so they have an extra week to collect themselves. With that said, Cal will be tough. Wazzu in Pullman, in November, is always tough. Then finally there is the Civil War between OSU. All bets are off in that game. If Dixon can play Oregon should win 2 of 3. If we have to go with Leaf, who knows.

ditto to crying in my beer, Go-Pac. I'm heartsick over Clemens (and Dixon). Especially since Clemens was on the road to passing up O'Neill and Musgrave this year. I feel so sorry for him - and our team. What a loss.

what will the next three games bring? Our D has to play like they've never played before and our special teams needs some help at kicker. We went from favorites for the last three games to underdogs.

But I still believe....I believed when it was 21-21 with 2 QB's out last night. We have a special team this year.
