EUGENE – Gary Gray, who has overseen the areas of academics and compliance of NCAA and Pacific-10 Conference rules within the athletics department at the University of Oregon for the last 13 years, has been elevated to the position of senior associate athletics director at the school, according to Director of Athletics Bill Moos.
