Hildahl & Ressler Place Top 20 in OGA Stroke Champs

EUGENE - University of Oregon women's golfers Blair Ressler and Kate Hildahl capped their summer season Wednesday in the Oregon Golf Association Women's Stroke Play Championship, held at the Persimmon Country Club in Gresham, Ore. Hildahl finished 14th overall with nine-over 161 after she shot 81 each round both Tuesday and Wednesday, and Ressler continued her return from a spring injury to place 20th (85-88-173). The two-day event was held on the par-71, 5,996-yard course, and results are available on the Oregon Golf Association website (www.oga.org). In the overall standings, former Duck women's golf coach Lara Tennant finished second at six-over 148, one stroke behind Kailin Downs(75-72-147).
