Steele Named Associate Director of Track & Field

EUGENE – UO assistant track and field coach Dan Steele has been elevated to the position of associate director of track and field, according Associate Athletics Director and Director of Track and Field Vin Lananna. In that capacity, Steele will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operation of the men's and women's track and field teams. His promotion is another important step toward establishing Oregon track and field as the premier program in the country.
