What happened to all of the members?

It says that the most number of users online was 70. According to the member list, it seems like there are less than a dozen regular users, if that. What happened?

I remember when that happened. Those 70 users were guests.

So the question is how did that even happen? Was it when the site first formed?

No football, bad basketball, it is tough to generate excitement. Mayber we can cheer for the UCLA sprinters or the Duck distance runners come track season.

Here's how it happened my friend..at least this is always how such a thing happens.

At one point in time there was a topic that was so specifically named and a popular event or team was in it that when people would google search it, it would come up very early in the google listings...and everyone curious as to what it was clicked it.

Hurrah.

This is one of the main problems. When your team isn't performing a lot of fans just lose interest.

Pretty much right on the money. Google is a tricky search engine to place high on, but when you do it means lots of traffic. On the plus side, the next time Google recrawls the internet to determine a sites worth, PacTenTalk's ranking will dramatically improve, meaning a lot more visitors in the future.

The site has been up for a little over 4 months.

Very anticlimatic. The truth hurts.
