Kerry Birk, Stephanie Connolly and Stephanie Morrison at the World Rowing Under 23 Championships this past weekend in Hazewinkel, Belgium. Birk was a member of the United States Women's Eight that led the field from start to finish and brought home a gold medal over Belarus in second and Germany in third. Connolly and Morrison were both members of the Canadian Women's Straight Four that finished sixth despite a hard charge off the starting line.
