Another game against U of A

First post here. It's so nice to be a noob.

We'll be playing against another undermanned team. Arizona without Adams means absolutely no chance for the Wildcats. And no, I'm not jinxing us. If we continue our trend of playing two solid halves, this one will be over at halftime also. We might give them a cookie and let them hang around for a half, but we own the 2nd half, especially because our defense seems to tighten up even more. Arizona needs Adams' points and I know Shakur can't fill that void. I think he's scored about 8 or 10 points combined in the first two games against us this year and has been ineffective.

All it will take is for Oregon to pull off another upset against Cal (don't think that will happen though) and we will have a pretty easy march through the conference tourney. I actually hope we go up against Cal again in a rubber match for all the marbles. We need that intense of a game to help launch us into the Dance and to maybe grab a #2 seed in the west.

I think they will probably take the championship, but I don't know if they can get higher than a 3 seed for the big dance. I was watching a game yesterday though, and the announcer said he thought UCLA was one of the most dangerous teams that won't get a #1 seed.

If UCLA takes care of business early with their defense, then we should see a solid Bruin victory tonight.

There is the preview. 6:30 PST is the start.

Also, how about Lorenzo Mata's return yesterday? It is great to have him back. He was coming into his own prior to that collision with Farmar against Washington State.

We are really on a roll, clicking on both ends of the court. It's nice to see our inside game help open our perimeter game. EVERYONE is stepping up.
