Alabama-UCLA

Great game. Alabama played their hearts out with a thin bench. The officiating was once again atrocious. Up next for the Bruins, Gonzaga.

The only limitation with a thin bench is if you encounter foul trouble. Fatigue shouldn't really be an issue since the timeouts are so numerous and long.

Yes, that officiating was pretty poor, both ways. The two offensive fouls, the one by Steele and the more horrendous miscall being Jordan's drive to the hoop were just awful. I'm just glad that it wasn't a poor officiating call that decided the game. I wouldn't mind seeing a replay of Collison's foul on Steele on that trey attempt. From my angle, didn't look like he got touched.

Anyways, onward to Oakland!

Gonzaga-UCLA is the game that I've been most hoping to see pre-Final Four!! This game is gonna say a lot about both teams.

Oh man those commercials were just too long and very frequent. People in the arena booed on one occasion because another TO was called just a couple of minutes after one.

About time someone started a UCLA-Gonzaga thread. I guess I'll volunteer myself.
