2005-06 Honda Award winner Virginia Powell was named Pac-10 Female Track Athlete of the Year and Director of USC track and field Ron Allice was selected as the conference's men's Coach of the Year, it was announced today (June 19) by Pac-10 Commissioner Tom Hansen.
