Lane Kiffin Leaving

According to this article, Lane Kiffin will be calling the shots for the Raiders next year. I don't exactly think this will ruin USC's offense next year, but this guy was damn good at his job. Any thoughts?

Certainly a loss, I think its a good hire for the Raiders and they'll have it turned around quickly

The hire I really like is Tomlin for the steelers
