Dominique Arnold, a former All-American at Washington State University, broke the American record for the men's high hurdles Tuesday, July 11, at the IAAF Super Grand Prix `Athletissima' meet at Lausanne, Switzerland, the first of two Swiss legs of the 2006 IAAF World Athletics Tour.
